A few scenes of incestuous sex between an adult brother and sister; they both appear topless several times.

One of the main characters is a prostitute, and she propositions men several times, though no nudity is shown. In an early scene, she is shown lying on the ground after having had intercourse with a client.

Most of the violence is stylized, but the movie is still quite intense. Some of the scenes show a lot of blood, but the gore isn't terribly realistic. Almost the entire movie revolves around people attempting to kill other people.
