Stathis Xetrypis, a rookie police officer fresh from the academy, is transferred to Athens from his hometown of Kavala. After an unexpected success, Stathis will be assigned the difficult task to tackle the prostitution and drug trafficking problem in a small area crammed with prostitutes, clients, and criminal kingpins. But there, with the help of the beautiful streetwalker, Elsa, the inexperienced officer will attempt to infiltrate a dangerous drug ring, whose leader is much closer than he thinks.
