Poor Racketeers (1962)

Unable to make ends meet, let alone pay the rent, the impecunious bosom friends, Didikos and Didis, find themselves with their backs to the wall. Desperate for cash, the duo has the nerve to pose as professional investigators when the pained father, the affluent shipowner, Lambrinos, enlists their help to find his missing daughter, allegedly abducted by Romani people, sixteen years ago. Now, with only a distinct birthmark on the woman's hip as their only clue, Didikos and Didis embark on a challenging mission to find the girl. However, are they up to the task?
