Kotsos and the Extraterrestrials (1980)

Kotsos, a small craft business owner struggling to stay afloat, is with his back to the wall. And as if teetering on the brink of bankruptcy weren't enough, honest and hard-working Kotsos faces incarceration while dealing with the country's corruption and Kafkaesque bureaucracy. However, help is closer than he thinks--out of the blue, sophisticated alien life forms from the distant planet Kronium enter the picture. And somehow, the future of their intergalactic home relies on conserving heavily polluted Earth. As a result, clueless Kotsos is now a pivotal player in humankind's salvation. But the question remains. Can Kotsos and the Extraterrestrials save Greece?
