Mutharamkunnu P.O. (1985)

A post-master named Dilip Kumar re-locates to work in Mutharamkunnu. Once there, he sets about to meet the local residents and finds out that they are obsessed with wrestling. He meets with a proud and retired wrestler, Kuttan Pillai, and subsequently gets smitten by his daughter, Amminikutty. When he finds out that she an ardent fan of Mammooty, he lets it known that he is the latter's close friend. He intercepts her fan-mail, and even corresponds with her. Eventually she finds out and so does the rest of the town including her enraged father. Dilip attempts to flee but is prevented and must agree to wrestle in order to win her hand. Not proficient with any form of wrestling - especially with a mountain of a man, Dara Singh, - will Dilip succeed in his quest?
