I Loved a Stranger (1970)

After years of absence, Alexis, a talented young singer, returns to his hometown to work as the resident performer at a local nightclub. There, he has an unexpected encounter with beautiful Eva, his old flame, and before long, they rekindle their relationship, much to the chagrin of her haughty mother, Anna. However, Anna is not willing to take this situation lying down, and, bent on thwarting the couple's plans for the future, she discloses the family's well-kept secret: in fact, Alexis and Eva are siblings.
