Alone in the world, having only her pride and her dignity, the feisty street urchin, Argiroula, sells flowers to eke out an existence. However, by a twist of fate, the poor girl will cross paths on a rain-soaked Christmas Eve with the charming and affluent aristocrat, Yorgos Xenidis--and just like that--an ardent romance beyond social classes will commence. Of course, such a union is strictly forbidden by most of Yorgos' legal guardians--and as a stubborn denial paves the way for a head-on confrontation--the young lovers will have no other choice but to take life in their own hands. Will the irrepressible gamine and the audacious nobleman find happiness?
