Orgelkonspiratörerna (2000)

In the year 2000 a brand new organ is inaugurated in Gothenburg by Arp Snitger, Germany's largest organ builder three hundred years ago. How does that work? It is not uncommon for organs to be restored and for copies of old instruments to be built. But the new North German baroque organ in Örgryte Nya Kyrka has never existed before. It is the result of a group of researchers, builders, musicians and craftsmen, technicians and humanists and artists who together have tried to live in the late Baroque sound world, thinking and techniques.
