The Grocer's Errand Boy (1968)

Having nothing to lose, Agathonas, a clumsy countryman with a heart of gold, decides to leave his small village and try his luck at making a name for himself in faceless Athens. However, it's a jungle out there. As one thing leads to another, Agathonas eventually manages to land a job as an errand boy in Christoforos' well-equipped grocery shop, unbeknownst to him that earning a living is easier said than done. Now, Agathonas, who was under the impression that eating well is what matters in life, has one more thing to worry about: Christoforos' eccentric, love-smitten sister, Panoraia, who is bent on finding the perfect husband. But is Agathonas meant to be her soulmate?
