A 2 part miniseries featuring the character of Charlie from Psycho Dance and Psycho Vampire. Charlie now thinks he's a mad scientist and sends out his creature out to do his bidding. Dave Castiglione returns as the cop hot on his trail and Dawn Murphy plays his girlfriend. As in Psycho Dance, his victims are chloroformed and then danced with.
