Ulagam Sutrum Valiban (1973)

A scientist invents a formula to harness energy from lightning. Another corrupt scientist wants to steal his invention and sell it to foreign countries. So he kidnaps the scientist alongwith his girlfriend. The scientist's twin brother, who is a CID officer, attempts to rescue his brother and save the world.
