The Siege (1998)

The clandestine removal of an alleged terrorist from a Middle Eastern country has sparked a wave of terrorist attacks in New York City. A skilled senior FBI agent and his team undertake a pursuit to locate and neutralize the terrorist groups responsible, all while grappling with a renegade Army General and a female CIA agent whose allegiances are dubious.
