Mystery Men (1999)

Champion City suffers the kidnapping of its iconic superhero, Captain Awesome, at the hands of the villainous Casanova Frankenstein. A group of seven superheroes, considered of lesser rank because of their unimpressive powers, take advantage of the circumstance to prove their worth. A worthy parody of superheroes, absolutely hilarious, with a clever script, great visuals and an incredible cast that stands out. Don't miss this rare and little-known gem from the late '90s.
