Get Up and Dance the Sirtaki (1967)

After a long streak of bad luck, Thimios, the lively countryman with a heart of gold, finally gets his lucky break. With his pockets crammed with cash after betting on the horse races, Thimios' life takes a turn for the better, unbeknownst to him, however, that his plotting compatriot, Lakis, his partner-in-crime, Tasos, and Zouzou, the beautiful singer who serves as bait, are hell-bent on rinsing him for every penny. But, Thimios is already in love with Lina, and he'll do everything in his power to win her heart; including thwarting her mother's plans to marry her off to the wealthy shoe-store owner, Prokopis. Can Thimios win this bet?
