Dollars and Dreams (1956)

The affluent Greek-American and successful business entrepreneur, James Perry, and the managing director, Peter Spirus, arrive in Athens to accomplish an unusual mission: the pair must locate the rightful heir of $500,000--a certain Mr Papadopoulos from Peloponnese. However, as the inquisitive solicitor, Tasos Kalogirou, and his honest secretary, Mary, struggle to track down the fortunate beneficiary by placing a surprising public announcement in the local newspapers, hundreds of excited potential plutocrats start flocking to the big city in high hopes of striking it rich. Will they ever find the lucky inheritor? Is an unexpected love more important than money?
