We Have to Marry Them Off (1953)

Always fighting like cats and dogs, young and spirited Lena and handsome Miltos are the talk of the town. Indeed, it is clear that those two are not meant to be together; however, to make matters worse, their parents have decided that their children belong to each other, and they should get married. Now, as Lena's optimistic father, Periklis, wagers that Lena and Miltos will eventually get married, an ambitious suitor, Lena's almost-twice-her-age neighbour, Dr Apostolidis, enters the picture, bent on winning her heart. Will things work out for Miltos and Lena in the end?
