Dragon Ball Z: The Tree of Might (1990)

A strange device crashes in a forest on Earth, causing a wildfire that is stopped by Gohan, Kuririn, Bulma, and Oolong, who were camping nearby. But to their surprise, a group of alien warriors appears where the device crashes and plants a seed, causing a giant tree to sprout. Goku is then contacted by the North Kaioshin, who informs him that this tree will absorb the energy of the entire planet and provide fruit of incredible power to anyone who eats it, leading Goku and the Z Fighters to a battle to destroy the tree. The film takes place before the beginning of the Namek arc.
