Dragon Ball Z: Bojack Unbound (1993)

A new World Martial Arts Tournament is being held on a gigantic island, where the best fighters from all over the world will compete. However, a dangerous villain named Bojack hijacks the tournament, leaving it up to the Z Fighters to stop him and his crew. This anime is set up after the events of the Cell Saga.
