Sharp as a Razor (1966)

Somewhere in the remote Greek province, Dimos Pournaris, a vibrant cafe owner, struggles to attract the girl of his dreams: the village's most beautiful girl. However, a curious but welcome coincidence will soon expose glorious illusions of grandeur, and before long, from a down-to-earth toiler, Dimos now poses as a wealthy and successful oil-company entrepreneur bent on success. Undoubtedly, this harmless scam aims to gain the attention of Dimos' sweetheart. Who knows, with a bit of luck and sharp wits, life can sometimes be a bed of roses.
