Smitten by leukaemia, the unfortunate and bedridden twenty-six-year-old man, Alexandros, finds himself confined within the white walls of an Athenian hospital. Such is his plight, that, even though his pained mother, his few but faithful friends, and above all, his devastated wife, stand by him, Alexandros knows that he's living on borrowed time. Then, in a futile attempt to trick death and cling to life just a little bit longer, Alexandros asks his wife to make love to him, triggering the pale memories of innocent youth, and an onslaught of emotions: guilt, fear, and love.
