Extremely bloody and graphic violence throughout. Many people are shot, often repeatedly, with blood spraying from torsos, limbs, and heads. A man is disemboweled with a screwdriver. The main character kills a man by stabbing him in the throat with his finger. A man is stabbed in the hand during a torture scene and later killed with a shotgun.

Many uses of "f-ck," several uses of "c-nt," as well as milder terms.
