Staryy znakomyy (1969)

A satirical comedy about the popularly known character from "Carnival in Moscow" Serafim Ogurtsov. Now he is busy working on laying out the city park, where he is going to diversify the leisure time of the townspeople with the appearance of new beer outlets.However, this initiative is not liked by young people led by the scientist Anokhin.
