Fat and Thin (1985)

An impostor called Dumpling escapes the prison and arrives to institute where he meets doctor Strukl, an expert in weight-change who is wanted by many celebrities. After discovering his enormous physical similarity to doctor, Dumpling disables him and takes his place at the sanatorium.
