Vahsi Kan (1983)

A man arrives at a town and the local gang immediately starts harassing him. He fights back with fury, and eventually the army gets involved. Soon we find out that the gang was sent by a man from the protagonist's past: he had saved his life during the war, but since he was physically deformed during the incident, he keeps our hero responsible. A lot of the scenes, dialogue, the whole score and even the title character's name is taken directly from First Blood, although the story is somewhat different.
