The Hyena (1997)

This is essentially a softcore porn movie. There are many sex scenes showing full frontal female nudity and sex acts, but the actual penetration is not visible and male nudity is not seen. One scene shows a woman being violently raped by a man. She later has sex with her rapist several more times, and it is left somewhat ambiguous as to whether the later scenes are consensual or not.
