Heater (1999)

We see a guy's bare chest.

There's a bit of arguing thru/o the film. We see a guy's feet which has a lot of dead skin. A lady gets mugged. A guy goes to the bathroom, we hear him urinate but don't see anything explicit. A guy hits a guard with a long package.

At least 40 F-words. There's a lot of other profanity used too, including some possible uses of cut+n.

One of the main characters smokes a good bit thru/o the film.

The whole film basically shows the lives of these two low-class guys, who are practically bums. One of them is given a ticket for really no reason. Another has very bad feet (probably frost byte), we even see them up close. In a few scenes we see him limping/moaning in pain.
