Vacations in Aegina (1958)

Not knowing what to expect, yet eager to spend her summer vacation in Aegina, Aliki, the capricious daughter of widowed journalist and suave philanderer Johnny, sets foot on the sun-kissed island for the first time. But there, amid the hustle and bustle of the busy port, a chance encounter with Jean, an unkempt and inexplicably alluring heaver, sets the stage for a breezy, salt-scented romance. Little by little, the lovely lady begins to feel a powerful attraction for the charming stranger; she can't put her finger on it, but there's something about him. Indeed, there is more to Jean than meets the eye. After all, everyone knows about the isle's chivalrous young aristocrat and his harmless schemes in the name of passion. Of course, no woman can resist Jean's dark, melancholy eyes, and spirited Aliki is no exception. Will Aliki taste love's first kiss in Aegina, the island of cosmopolitans and incurable romantics?
