Shanghai Noon (2000)

Chon Wang is a guard for the Emperor of China traveling in Nevada, USA, when Princess Pei Pei is kidnapped. Feeling responsible for her safety, Wang separates himself from the other guards sent to rescue her and forms an unexpected alliance with Roy O'Bannon, a thief with delusions of grandeur, with whom he shares a number of tricky situations.
