At around 38 minutes there is a naked body hanging upside down in a room.

Plenty of people being shot, scenes of violent rape, and one of the main characters runs around for the entire movie half-covered in his own blood. A short scene with a group of men who have open sores on their faces. One man had his head bashed in (quite obviously faked) with a large rock.
