Famous director Ang Lee brings us this multi-award winning martial arts film. The story takes place during the 19th century in China, the swordsman Li Mu Bai decides to entrust the warrior Yu Shu Lien with his precious sword to give it to Governor Yu, but a nimble thief manages to steal it and unleashes a wave of bitter and violent obstacles.
