The Treasure of Cantenac (1950)

On the verge of committing suicide, an old ruined baron, in a village with sad inhabitants, meets the centenary of the village who reveals to him the existence of a family treasure. Reconciled with existence, thinking of the inhabitants, he will use his new fortune to revive the village of his distant ancestors.
