Dead bodies are shown in the bell tower with rats crawling in and out of their wounds.
In a scene from a movie being shot, the actress playing the victim spots several other victims, many of which are bloody with knives sticking out of bloody wounds and/or whose clothing is bloody. A person is then struck by an out of control, rolling service cart on a plane.
A woman returns to the movie set at night looking for her keys and then encounters a masked person filming her. This person then slashes her cheek with an ice pick and stabs her with something and then films her as he chases her through the set and continues to periodically stab her until she's finally dead (the violence is more suggested than actually seen, although we do hear it). A woman and the others then unknowingly watch this footage the next day.
Someone is drugged and put into a ice-filled bathtub and we see that the person's kidney has been removed (a big bloody gash is visible) and the woman wakes up trying to escape out the window and the killer pulls the gash while she hangs on barbed wire but the killer closes the window on the woman's head decapitating her; a person removes the other kidney and tosses it out the window and a dog eats it.
A person is chased and then cut with an ice pick; we hear slashing, crying and choking sounds, then see the dead, bloody body on a table.
