Raised earnestly by his feudal grandfather in the countryside of Choshu, Milkman Frankie is astonished by the strangers he encounters upon his arrival in Tokyo. Frankie possesses a unique combination of clumsiness and undying dedication reminiscent of bushido samurai code.
