The Rodriguez family flew to Leningrad from a Latin American country. Their son Sancho, who knew Russian quite well, went to the fourth grade of an ordinary general education school. The sociable and lively boy soon made friends with his classmates. He, who had never seen winter, was interested in walking around the snow-covered city and playing unfamiliar games.
