Off (2002)

Samantha is a young painter who enjoys some success, but begins to hear inside her head a voice-over that tries to convince her that she has been dead for several weeks. Already on the verge of madness she receives a package with a video tape, in which she can be seen being killed in a hotel in Istanbul, during a recent recreational trip.
