Under the Bridge (1983)

Quin Nan, a youth just returned to Shanghai, makes her living as a tailor. She is having difficulty finding an appropriate place to set up a shop. Her neighbour, Gao Zhihua, who has also just returned from the countryside, offers her a place next to his bicycle repair shop.
