An anthology of scenes from Italian life captured from life with clearly spectacular and vaguely polemical and popular intents. Scenes of folklore, traditions that have become anachronistic, aspects of religious faith, worldliness, vice, curiosity, social problems, oddities and exaggerations of all kinds find their place in the film.
