The SoulTaker (2001)

Kyosuke Date is stabbed by his mother and left for dead. He is buried alive, but is soon dug up by a mysterious girl. He searches for answers about why he was stabbed, looks for a long lost sister, and tries to find answers to why he transforms into a Soul Taker.
