Rubberman (1996)

Bitoy (Michael V.) was a normal person until he discovered magical rubber shoes that allow him to do incredible things like fly, run fast, and walk on water. Even the shoe itself has the ability to deflect bullets like a shield. He became the hero known as "Rubberman".
