A Girl Called Apple (1996)

The beautiful Zinat, whom everyone calls Tuffahah (Apple) for her beauty, works in the Ministry of Finance, and suffers from the domination of Qadriyyah, the manager, who suffers from childlessness despite her ninth marriage to Fuad. Qadriyyah proposes to the pastry baker Hasan, Zinat's husband, to divorce his wife so that Fuad could marry her for nine months, so that she will have a child to adopt. So he divorces her at a time when Janait, a Greek woman who lives in Egypt with a terminal illness, is seeking to marry Hasan so that he can inherit her after her death. Many comical situations and surprises arise as a result of these intertwined relationships.
