Sword of the Thief (1968)

Local magistrate Yu Kwang-pil abuses his position of power and takes advantage of the peasants in his charge by imposing outrages taxes and demanding expenisive gifts as tribute. The legendary thief Iljamae breaks into Yu's compound to steal his wealth and return it to the peasantry.
