As It Is in Heaven (2004)

Daniel and Lena go to a river / lake and Lena says she wants to go for a swim. She is shown from behind while she removes her bra and then turns around, showing her breasts. She then removes her panties and a distant shot is shown of her whole body from the front. In the love scene towards the end of the movie, the sexual act is left to imagination but afterwards they lie in bed and Lena's breast is again visible, but not from close.
