This documentary about New York, shows us different aspects of the city, such as Coney Island, Central Park, Broadway, Greenwich Village, Chinatown, Harlem and many other districts seen with the immigrants' eyes. Sights like the Jews' purification bath, a Gypsies' wedding, voodoo religious practices in the Harlem black community, the Japanese Buddhist ceremonies, the Indian skyscrapers, the Ukrainian traditional dances and so on.
