"Macabre Theatre Halloween Special" was a show that captures the true essence of Halloween in the USA; and was hosted by Butch Patrick of the 1960s television program "The Minsters" fame; and Natalie Popovich as "Ivonna Cadaver". In 2016, Natalie Popovich - for "Macabre Theater", was inducted into "The Official Horror Host Hall of Fame".
