Metallica: Some Kind of Monster (2004)

There is footage of women showing their naked breasts.

Minimal - there are several scenes where sex is referred to, but nothing too explicate. There are also a couple of short scenes (concert footage) where women expose their breasts to the band on stage or directly to the camera.

There is a scene where they discuss bear hunting and explicit photos of dead bears are seen.

There is anger exhibited during some scenes. The most heated it gets is some yelling and door slamming with a couple things thrown.

In one scene James is describing hunting a bear and how he felt. There is a picture shown of the dead bear where blood can be seen. It is not particularly gruesome, but may be disturbing to some.

A lot of heated arguments between the band members involving curse words being thrown left and right.

Contains common "swear" words in several occasions, during casual conversation and interviews.

Quite a lot - this is a heavy metal band so what do you expect. There are somewhere around 75 F-words, lots of "shits" plus other milder swears throughout the entire movie.

James Hetfield had a real life alcohol addiction and entered rehab for over a year.

There is a conversation about drinking Vodka in Russia.

There are scenes of beer drinking.

It's mentioned that a member enters rehab for alcoholism.

There's champagne drinking and toasting. A glass of champagne falls from a man's hand. A man says he's drunk.

There is a fair amount of drinking and drugs early in the career of Metallica. That is discussed in detail during the documentary - particularly in that it in part led to the dismissal of the original guitarist (Dave Mustaine) and was one of the reasons the bassist (Jason Newsted) left shortly before the filming began. So there is archival footage used that shows the band members drinking, acting intoxicated, and in at least one scene James is shown drinking beer and then pouring the remainder on the members of the crowd at a concert.

The members of Metallica are seen drinking and James Hetfield is sent off to rehab for drink related problems.

A few scenes contain smoking.

There are some intense scenes
