I lygeri (1968)

Dimitros, a young nobleman, wants to tie the knot with Maria, the beloved daughter of dynamic landowner Kostantis Matrozos. Instead, a dark shadow falls over their engagement when a web of accusations tarnishes the honour of fellow villager Despo. Now charged with theft, the lady is with her back to the wall. As Dimitros vows to uncover the truth behind the missing treasure, the key to unlocking the mystery lies with Maria and her father.
