The Accursed Hour (1968)

Leading a happy life with his wife, Vera, and his little daughter, Aliki, the successful building constructor, Marios Christidis, sees his world turn upside down when his spouse perishes in a plane crash. One day, Marios learns that a singer, Nana Palli, and Vera are like two peas in a pod, and for fear that Aliki discovers the truth about her mother's untimely demise, he summons up the strength to ask Nana pose as his wife. However, Marios' old flame, spiteful Julia, is not willing to take this situation lying down. Now, as Marios starts to have deeper feelings for Nana, Julia threatens to reveal the truth. Will the girl find happiness and a new mum?
