Prostitutes are seen on the street. A woman says that she was bitten while having sex. It's implied a woman is giving a man oral sex.

A woman's head is staked in the mouth and chest. Her head is chopped off and set on fire. Very quick shot of some people eating hearts. A man's legs are seen burned. A man's chest is slashed open and his guts are eaten. His tongue is also bitten off. A man is found dead in a bathtub with blood splatter on the wall behind him. A man is stabbed in the chest with a spear. A room full of people have their throats torn out. A huge trail of blood leads to a pile of bloody dead bodies. Others are stabbed with stakes and burst into flames in the sunlight.

'Fuck' is said a few times, also 'shit, damn, hell, ass, bitch.
