The Dream Factory (1990)

After an unexpected pandemic, the citizens of Athens, can't have dreams. There are very few privileged people capable of dreaming, , the "dreamers", who run state controlled shops, capable of screening with appropriate hardware, the dreams that Athenians had before the epidemic. There is a strict rule applied by the state to these individuals: They are not permitted to love. Jason, the most famous dreamer in Athens, is visited by a beautiful woman asking him to screen her dream. But also she is a member of an underground group, resisting the regime.
