Ties (1994)

A twenty year old student decides to track down his natural parents after his adopted ones die in a car crash only to discover he was conceived through a rape and that his mother had commited suicide six years later when the rapist was due to be released from prison. In the internal conflict that follows he decides to track down and confront his rapist father.
